Potential
The potential database is structured on three levels:

Surface areas and production: for the main wine-producing countries, historic planting trends and volumes produced; for Italy, historic series divided by region and wine type (production declarations for PDO, PGI, table and varietal wines)

Stock: management system and data aggregation for stock in Italy, on a monthly basis, divided by product type (all the PDO-PGI wines, table and varietal wines, musts) and territory (region and province). The system allows the creation of period curves, to compare wine types/territories, with the chance to carry out primary calculations (% variations, % share) and to graphicize, as well as extracting raw data in Excel.

Bottling: the database contains the potential, certifications and bottling of all the Italian PDO-PGI wines, per year since 2013. It enables you to search for individual products, aggregations by type, region, as well as quality queries (bracketed together by production group, year of appellation recognition, name composition - variety, territory, municipality). The system enables you to create period curves, to compare wine types/territories, with the possibility to make primary calculations (% variations, % share) and to graphicize, as well as to extract raw data in Excel.
